The B-1125 is a unique 25° angle basket self-discharging High-Grade Continuous Centrifugal that specifically designed for various types of B-massecuites and high-grade sugar e.g. Very High Pol, Affination or some types of raw sugar even with bad massecuites with small crystal. Often with good results, High-Grade Continuous Centrifugal is used to replace Batch Centrifugal due to its advantages of lower capital costs, lower power consumption and therefore lower operational costs.

The basket of B-1125 is made of stainless steel with conical shape by fabricate welded construction. The uniqueness of this machine is the basket angle of around 25° together with other features allows sugar crystal to have longer travel time up the basket thus dried and washed longer than other machines.

Moreover, sugar is separated at a lower speed (lower separating force) while being sliced up the basket wall; therefore crystal damage is relatively low. The basket is connected to a shaft, driven pulley, through V-belt, driving pulley, which is driven by electric motor, the rotating parts are mounted on the driven unit, and inner casing. The machine is external suspension supported with four pieces of Schwingmetal rubber buffer, which is located outside the outer casing.
