The K-1430 is a continuous self discharging centrifugal machine. The basket is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel with conical shape by fabricate welded construction. The basket is connected to a shaft, driven pulley, through V-belt, driving pulley, which is driven by electric motor, the rotating parts are mounted on the driven unit, and inner casing, the machine is external suspension supported with four pieces of Schwingmetal rubber buffer, which located outside the outer casing.

The massecuite flow through mixer, the first main shut-off massecuite control valve, and the second regulating massecuite feed valve by mean of automatic control or manual feed control and feed into massecuite feed pipe, massecuite is preheated by steam, by mean of connected steam pipe, and then flows in lump into distributor cup.

The ready heated massecuite distributes upward over the side of the cup and flows along downward of distributor bell. The thin layer of massecuite is accelerated with angular speed of basket and move upward over the basket. The viscous molasses can be diluted and washed by spraying water which supplying from a few pieces of tangential flow cone nozzles and washing pipe.

Most quantity of green syrup is discharged at half of the basket resulting in consuming less driving power. The molasses passes into the molasses chamber and leaves the Centrifugal through the exit. The sugar gets to the edge of the basket and discharges into the underneath sugar conveyor.
